記者莊智勝／綜合報導

台中市消防局12日下午4時40分接獲通報，指稱北區青島路一段發生火燒車事件，立即出動14名警消前往現場搶救，延燒的火勢還波及鄰近2輛自小客車、1部機車，所幸並未釀成傷亡。

台中市消防局表示，起火燃燒的是一輛小貨車，駕駛指出，當時行經事故路段，因不諳路況，遂將車停靠路旁下車向民眾問路，孰料再度回到車上發動引擎時，小貨車卻突然冒出火煙，迅速延燒的火光立即吞噬小貨車；停靠在一旁的2輛自小客車與1部機車也遭焚毀。

目前火勢已順利撲滅，但確切起火原因，還有待進一步調查釐清。
